Personal Purity

The Body of Christ has become painfully aware of the extraordinary amount of sexually-oriented input we as society are inundated with everyday of our lives. Unfortunately, we know the devastating effects that sexually-oriented issues and problems have on society. At this point, I feel it is safe to say that we have not even begun to imagine the amount of death, disease and destruction that will take place as a result of sexually-oriented problems in society and the church. Over the last 14 years, I watched as sexually-oriented issues, which once only shocked the church, have now invaded and decimated it at the highest levels. Sexually-oriented issues and problems which were once largely in the context of the world are clearly now in the context of the church. There have been dramatic paradigm shifts with regards to the sexual trends and behaviors of the Body of Christ in the last 2 1/2 years. They have had a profound impact on the whole Body of Christ. Believers of all ages who have never been impacted by these issues are being devastated in ways 2nd Glance Ministries never dreamed possible. It is with these things in mind that I have updated and rerecorded the powerful three-part series "Where Does the Second Glance Go" to help believers deal with these issues. The goals of the series are simple:

1. Provide people with information which will enable them to fully understand the breadth, depth and impact of these issues on society, and how they knowingly or unknowingly are affecting them on a day-to-day and moment-to-moment basis.

2. Bring people to an understanding of the process in the world in which we live sexual sin, spiritual bondage and addiction can enter our lives. It is important as Christians that we understand the potentially devastating spiritual and physical ramifications of sexual sin can have in our lives.

3. Provide a point of intervention where we, individually and as the Body of Christ, can openly and honestly, before God, evaluate where we are at regarding these issues and what we need to do about them.

4. Most importantly, provide a process to obtain spiritual freedom in Christ. It is my desire to bring people to a point where if needed, change can take place in their lives and their relationship with God restored to its fullest potential.

Please take the time to download and listen to the series. Remember it doesn't matter what you have done or where you have been. It doesn't matter how bad things seem or out of control you feel. Through the blood that Jesus shed on the cross your sins can be forgiven and you can be made pure and holy in Gods sight.
